We accept returns and exchanges only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

• Include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Date of transaction

  • Delivery address

  • Clear images of the defective/damaged item

• We will respond within 24-48 business hours with further instructions.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• In its original condition (unworn, unused, and in its original packaging).

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Returns/exchanges must be approved before sending the item back.

• Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

As a policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once sold the product can be exchanged for replacement.
